About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer with a strong background in construction monitoring to join our team. This role will involve working on urban development projects across the Sunshine Coast and broader region, playing a key role in their delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- →Provide senior-level technical input across urban development and civil infrastructure projects
- →Lead and undertake construction monitoring, including site inspections, contractor liaison, and reporting
- →Ensure works are delivered in accordance with design, specifications, and relevant standards
- →Support and mentor junior engineers and designers within the team
- →Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders
- →Contribute to project planning, delivery, and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- ✓Strong background in construction monitoring
- ✓Experience with urban development and civil infrastructure projects
- ✓Ability to provide senior-level technical input
- ✓Experience leading and undertaking site inspections
- ✓Ability to liaise with contractors and report findings
