About the Role
We are looking for a Marketing Lead to join Eight Sleep, the world’s first sleep fitness company. This role will focus on optimizing and scaling our international presence through both online and offline campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- →Drive regional growth across markets, owning the full marketing mix, performance analysis, and leadership reporting
- →Lead localization efforts, adapting communication assets for cultural and language relevance
- →Optimize digital performance across Meta, Google, Snap, and affiliate channels
- →Identify and activate partnerships with regional influencers, athletes, and brand collaborators
- →Plan and execute offline activations to elevate brand presence
- →Secure media coverage in premium regional outlets
- →Conduct market analysis to inform positioning and campaigns
- →Own marketing reporting, delivering insights and KPI tracking
- →Provide support for product onboarding for VIP partners and ambassadors
Requirements
- ✓3–5 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or project management for a high-growth D2C brand
- ✓Proven track record managing both offline activations and digital performance campaigns
- ✓High-energy, resourceful, and fast-moving with a bias for action
- ✓Strong brand affinity with a local network in sports, wellness, biohacking, and tech communities
- ✓Self-starter who excels at building and owning initiatives from scratch
- ✓Exceptional communicator with a proactive mindset and collaborative spirit
