About the Role

Elastic, the Search AI company, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to drive revenue and expansion within a defined territory. This role involves building your own pipeline, telling the Elastic Search AI story, and closing multi-stakeholder deals in a consumption-based model.

Key Responsibilities

→Build and implement a proactive outbound cadence to develop your territory and pipeline
→Conduct deep discovery and qualification using frameworks like MEDDPICC
→Craft and deliver tailored narratives and live demos that map Elastic’s capabilities to business outcomes
→Collaborate with customers to build formal close plans and maintain CRM accuracy
→Lead high-stakes contract and pricing discussions
→Demonstrate domain and cloud acumen to position Elastic as the Search AI platform of choice
→Work with Solutions Architects, Customer Success, Marketing, and RevOps to accelerate deals

Requirements

✓3+ years of SaaS quota-carrying success, consistently overachieving targets
✓Expert discovery and qualification skills using MEDDPICC or equivalent frameworks
✓Track record of delivering presentations and demos that tie product capabilities to business outcomes
✓Strong negotiation skills
✓Collaborative mentality and coach-ability
✓Native German speaker
✓Open Source passion, with bonus points for prior experience in an OSS context
