About the Role
We are looking for a Solution Architect at Elastic to help customers and partners design, implement, and optimize solutions using the Elastic Stack. This role involves acting as a technical expert, guiding the Inside Sales team through architecture decisions, deployment strategies, and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- →Collaborate with account teams to understand customer requirements.
- →Conduct technical discovery sessions and solution workshops.
- →Design architectures for search, observability, and security use cases.
- →Deliver product demonstrations and proof-of-concepts.
- →Assist with deployment planning and configuration.
- →Provide guidance on scaling, performance tuning, and security.
- →Document solutions and share technical knowledge internally and externally.
Requirements
- ✓Solid understanding of distributed systems and data indexing/search.
- ✓Experience in a technical customer-facing role.
- ✓Ability to map business needs to technical solutions.
- ✓Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- ✓Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- ✓Fluent in English.
