About the Role
Eleos Health is seeking a QA Engineer to join their CTO Office and help shape a new product from the ground up. This role involves working at the earliest stages of discovery and product definition, ensuring quality is embedded from day one.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design and execute testing including backend logic, APIs, UI and integrations
- →Balance speed and quality: enable fast experimentation while ensuring core workflows remain reliable and production-ready
- →Collaborate closely with Product and other R&D pods to clarify edge cases and ensure new capabilities integrate smoothly with existing systems
- →Take ownership of quality from ideation to release, including test strategy, execution, bugs management, and continuous feedback loops
Requirements
- ✓At least 2 years of proven experience as a QA engineer on a software-based product
- ✓Experience in QA & Agile methodologies
- ✓Excellent ability to isolate, troubleshoot, and document bugs
- ✓Excellent communication skills and the ability to work under changing requirements and timelines
- ✓Proactiveness and ability to work independently
- ✓Strong attention to details
- ✓Very good understanding of API requests, including bug investigation and troubleshooting using API requests
- ✓Experience with Dev tools and Logs
- ✓Ability to deep dive into complex problems and find their root cause
