We are looking for an Innovation Coordinator to join e.l.f. Beauty, Inc. This entry-level role will help turn big ideas into on-shelf realities by keeping our innovation engine running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- →Organize timelines and track samples for product development
- →Capture decisions and keep cross-functional partners aligned
- →Maintain product development timelines and statuses in project management platforms
- →Prepare agendas, document decisions, and circulate follow-ups
- →Coordinate sample requests and shipments for photoshoots and visual merchandising
- →Centralize briefs, specifications, approvals, and timelines
- →Follow core workflows and SOPs, suggesting improvements
Requirements
- ✓0–2 years in project coordination, operations, or product development
- ✓Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- ✓Effective communicator who can simplify complexity
- ✓Comfortable with project management tools and spreadsheets
- ✓Bias for action and collaborative mindset
