About the Role

We are looking for a Chief of Staff to join EliseAI, a company improving housing and healthcare industries through AI integration. Reporting to the CRO, this role will focus on company and GTM strategy and operations to support growth.

Key Responsibilities

→Assist the CRO in developing and executing strategic plans to achieve revenue targets
→Partner with senior leaders on analyzing data and generating insights and recommendations
→Provide high-level support to senior leaders including weekly metrics reviews and board meetings
→Oversee management of competitive intelligence by collecting data and developing actionable plans
→Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity
→Collaborate on special projects including market analysis and strategic partnerships
→Attract top-tier talent to join the team

Requirements

✓Bachelor's degree
✓2+ years work experience in investment banking, management consulting, or high growth startups
✓Strong Excel and SQL skills
✓Strong problem-solving abilities
✓Excellent written and verbal communication skills
✓Organized and self-motivated
✓Fast execution capabilities
✓Entrepreneurial and proactive mindset
✓Ability to work in a changing environment
✓Willingness to work in person at NYC headquarters 4-5 days per week
