About the Role

We're hiring a Marketing Manager, Healthcare to scale EliseAI's healthcare marketing function. This high-impact generalist role focuses on revenue-driving work and will work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations to build scalable processes.

Key Responsibilities

→Execute customer proof and content development across case studies, video testimonials, blog, newsletters, and patient-facing materials
→Develop sales enablement materials including demo frameworks, decks, one-pagers, and product positioning
→Research and test new marketing channels to expand market presence and reach decision-makers
→Create content and messaging for paid growth campaigns on LinkedIn and Meta
→Support event strategy, partnership outreach, sales coordination, and logistics
→Build and manage lead tracking systems, HubSpot workflows, and reporting dashboards

Requirements

✓4-6 years in marketing at high-growth B2B SaaS or healthcare technology company
✓Exceptional writer capable of translating complex technical capabilities into compelling customer value propositions
✓Proven experience building marketing operations infrastructure including CRM systems and automation workflows
✓Track record of cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams
✓Self-directed operator who thrives in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
✓Healthcare industry experience strongly preferred
✓Willingness to work in person at our office 4-5 days a week
