About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Tech Recruiter to drive end-to-end hiring for technical roles across engineering and product teams. This high-impact role requires strong stakeholder management, sourcing expertise, and the ability to hire at speed without compromising quality.

Key Responsibilities

→Own the full recruitment lifecycle: intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding support.
→Manage multiple requisitions across levels (IC, lead, manager) and functions (Backend, Frontend, Full Stack, Mobile, Data, ML, DevOps, QA).
→Build proactive talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, job boards, communities, and referrals.
→Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, scorecards, and interview loops.
→Improve interview process efficiency, feedback quality, and hiring velocity.

Requirements

✓5+ years of experience in recruiting, with strong focus on technical hiring.
✓Proven track record hiring for engineering roles (startup or high-growth environment preferred).
✓Strong sourcing skills with measurable success in passive candidate hiring.
✓Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence hiring decisions.
✓Strong understanding of technical roles, skill sets, and hiring market trends.
