About the Role
You will be part of Enpal Energy, where we are building and scaling Europe's largest virtual power plant. By intelligently networking solar installations, storage systems, and other components, we enable the flexible marketing and exchange of electricity. You will ensure that our customers are smoothly registered in the virtual power plant and coordinate the information flow between internal teams and external market partners.
Key Responsibilities
- →Monitor processes related to customer registration and ensure all requirements are met.
- →Identify and resolve problems that may arise to avoid delays.
- →Create regular reports on the status of customer registrations and their impact on operations.
- →Communicate with internal teams and external market partners to ensure smooth operations.
- →Actively participate in implementing strategies to improve processes.
