About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to partner directly with the CFO and elevate how financial insight drives company decisions. This is a strategic role focused on transforming financial data into actionable recommendations that improve margins and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

→Build and refine three-statement financial models
→Translate financial data into strategic recommendations
→Identify risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities across the business
→Provide clear, actionable solutions
→Maintain and evolve 3-statement models (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow)
→Lead forecasting cycles
→Stress-test assumptions and scenario planning
→Support balance sheet forecasting
→Track commissions and payouts
→Monitor financial controls

Requirements

✓Bachelor of Science in Finance; MBA strongly preferred
✓5–9 years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, consulting, or high-growth VC-backed companies
✓Strong exposure to board-level reporting and investor expectations
✓Deep understanding of 3-statement modeling
✓Experience building financial structure inside growing organizations
✓Able to operate independently with minimal instruction
✓Strong communicator who can translate complexity into clarity
✓High ownership mindset and comfort working in a demanding, high-accountability environment
✓West Coast time-zone preferred.
