Key Responsibilities
- →Understand customer requirements and deliver solutions consistently

- →Create Technical Design Documents based on Functional Requirements
- →Write and code individual programs from specific design requirements and technical specifications
- →Draft and interpret business requirements and technical specifications documents
- →Create, document, implement, and maintain technical documentation, unit test plans, scripts, and test harnesses
- →Design, develop, modify, debug, document, and test Enable applications
- →Contribute to successful implementation through thorough testing
- →Maintain technical competency and stay updated on systems and industry trends
- →Produce clean, maintainable, efficient, performant, and secure code
- →Provide technical support through design and code reviews
- →Troubleshoot development and production environments, and optimize code
- →Ensure compliance with internal and external policies, quality guidelines, and design standards
- →Contribute to improvement of development policies and procedures
- →Take accountability for delivering work within agreed timeframes and budgets
- →Support service estimations for development tasks and review design documentation
- →Customize products to meet customer needs based on specifications
- →Integrate solutions with customer legacy databases and systems
- →Document custom developed functionality according to standards
- →Implement add-ons and code from third parties
- →Conduct initial and integrated testing
- →Undertake additional tasks and ad-hoc projects as requested
- →Ensure effective billing of billable work and accurate timesheet submission
Requirements
- ✓Relevant post-secondary qualification or substantial relevant work experience
- ✓At least 3 years of experience in ERP software implementations
- ✓Experience in implementing system design and process improvements
- ✓Experience working with key customers delivering customization requirements
- ✓Requirements gathering and business analysis experience
- ✓Experience in Finance, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing with understanding of related business processes
- ✓Preferred: BS in Computer Science or similar, or equivalent experience in a Software Development Role
- ✓Preferred: 5+ years of experience delivering customizations for ERP platforms, with emphasis on Finance and Operations
- ✓Preferred: 3+ years of experience designing and architecting ERP customizations
- ✓Preferred: Experience with SQL performance tuning
