About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Consultant to join Enable's Professional Services team. This role focuses on building and maturing automated test frameworks to strengthen implementation quality and delivery velocity. The consultant serves as a bridge between customers and technical teams, ensuring automation supports project outcomes while reducing regression risk.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design, build, and maintain automated test suites for customer implementations and internal frameworks
- →Translate functional and technical requirements into robust automated test plans
- →Partner with R&D, Technical Consulting, and Functional Consulting teams to standardize reusable automation assets
- →Implement automated regression strategies to ensure customizations meet customer requirements
- →Troubleshoot failures and drive continuous improvement of automation stability and coverage
- →Perform customization tasks including plug-ins, extensions, and integrations based on design specifications
- →Confirm technical capabilities of customizations align with intended design and customer needs
Requirements
- ✓3 to 5 years' experience as a Test Automation Engineer, SDET, or equivalent role
- ✓Demonstrated ability to design, build, and maintain automated test frameworks for enterprise environments
- ✓Proficiency in scripting and coding languages commonly used for automation
- ✓Experience developing with C#, .NET, and SQL
- ✓Experience building automated test suites for complex systems
- ✓Experience in ERP or enterprise software delivery environments
- ✓Requirements gathering or business analysis experience
- ✓Strong communication and client-facing skills
- ✓Ability to work effectively in globally distributed teams
- ✓Relevant post-secondary qualification or substantial professional experience
