About the Role
Encora is seeking a Full Stack Engineer with AI Co-Development Experience to contribute to building and enhancing applications. This role requires strong end-to-end development skills combined with hands-on experience using AI-assisted development workflows, while also providing an external perspective to identify UX gaps, workflow issues, and opportunities for improved automation and developer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design, build, and maintain full stack applications including front-end, back-end, and database layers;
- →Develop applications that integrate with Maverick’s agentic pipelines and workflows;
- →Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and code quality;
- →Evaluate user experience, developer flows, and system usability to identify gaps, friction points, and missing automation;
- →Collaborate with platform and engineering teams to propose and implement UX and workflow improvements;
- →Support integration with CI/CD pipelines and automated code delivery processes.
Requirements
- ✓Strong experience in full stack development across modern front-end and back-end technologies;
- ✓Solid understanding of database design and data modeling;
- ✓Experience working with AI-assisted or AI-augmented development workflows;
- ✓Ability to think critically about user and developer experience and provide constructive feedback;
- ✓Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
