Requirements
- ✓Professionals in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Administration, or related fields with over 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst in agile environments.
- ✓Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in agile environments.
- ✓Experience with digital products, preferably in banking, insurance, or retail sectors.
- ✓Desirable experience with B2B sales and request management platforms.
- ✓Knowledge of collaborative tools like Confluence, Jira, Miro, or Figma.
- ✓Experience working with agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
- ✓Data analysis capability using Excel and basic knowledge of SQL.
- ✓Knowledge of visualization tools like Power BI is valued.
- ✓Experience in requirements gathering and process design using BPMN and flowcharts.
- ✓Analytical ability, organization, and result orientation.
- ✓Strong communication skills and collaborative work ability with technical and business stakeholders.
