About the Role
Encora is seeking a Semi Senior Cloud Engineer with strong hands-on experience in AWS and working knowledge of Azure. This role involves building, optimizing, and automating cloud environments at scale.
Key Responsibilities
- βDesign, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS and Azure, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- βManage and operate Kubernetes clusters in production environments.
- βWork with cluster management and orchestration tools, including Rancher and Fleet.
- βImplement and support Continuous Delivery pipelines to automate deployments.
- βDevelop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
- βCollaborate with architects and engineers to drive technical best practices.
Requirements
- βBachelorβs degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
- β+5 years in software development with a focus on designing and building scalable applications.
- βAWS expertise (must-have) β hands-on experience with core services (EC2, EKS, IAM, VPC, Lambda, S3, etc.).
- β+2 years of experience working with Microsoft Azure cloud environments.
- βConversational skills in English
- βProven experience as a Cloud Engineer in production environments.
- βSolid understanding of DevOps practices and cloud security.
- βStrong knowledge of Kubernetes, cluster management/orchestration tools, Rancher and Fleet, Continuous Delivery (CD), Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and Terraform.
- βExperience with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, etc.).
- βScripting skills (Bash or Python).
- βExperience working in multi-cloud environments.
- βAdvanced English for communication with stakeholders.
