About the Role
The Full Stack Developer is responsible for supporting the design, development, testing, and maintenance of in-house software applications. This role involves hands-on programming across both front-end and back-end components, ensuring quality, functionality, and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop and maintain web-based applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- →Participate in application coding, debugging, testing, and documentation.
- →Assist in API integration and data exchange between systems.
- →Collaborate with business analysts and QA testers to understand and implement functional requirements.
- →Follow coding standards, security guidelines, and development best practices.
- →Support the DevOps team in CI/CD activities, deployments, and version control.
- →Perform system troubleshooting and bug fixes in a timely manner.
- →Keep accurate records of technical documentation and user guides as required.
- →Participate in Agile sprint planning, daily standups, and reviews.
- →Continuously learn and stay updated with emerging technologies relevant to development work.
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
- ✓Minimum 1–3 years of experience in full-stack software development.
- ✓Exposure to Agile software development methodology and life cycle.
- ✓Experience in building or maintaining internal systems or applications is preferred.
- ✓Working knowledge of both front-end and back-end development (e.g., .NET, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, jQuery, React, Angular).
- ✓Familiarity with RESTful APIs, relational databases (e.g., SQL), and version control systems like Git.
- ✓Basic understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS), CI/CD pipelines, and containerization is a plus.
- ✓Good analytical and debugging skills.
- ✓Willingness to take direction and contribute to team goals.
