About the Role
We are looking for a Mid to Senior IT Recruiter to join the Talent Acquisition team in Mexico. This role focuses on sourcing and early-stage recruiting activities for IT positions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own sourcing activities for IT roles including Software Engineering, QA, Data, Cloud, and DevOps
- →Define and execute sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill and niche positions
- →Conduct market research on talent availability, compensation ranges, and competitive landscape
- →Share market insights to support hiring decisions and expectation alignment
- →Build and maintain qualified talent pipelines through proactive sourcing
- →Conduct initial screening calls and technical pre-screens
- →Partner with Staffing and Coordination teams to ensure smooth handoff across the process
- →Keep candidate information accurate and up to date in Greenhouse
- →Support early salary discussions based on market data
- →Use AI tools to improve sourcing efficiency and candidate engagement
Requirements
- ✓4+ years of experience in IT recruiting or technical sourcing
- ✓Previous hands-on experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes
- ✓Strong understanding of IT roles, tech stacks, and seniority levels
- ✓Proven experience sourcing hard-to-fill profiles
- ✓Hands-on experience with Greenhouse ATS
- ✓Experience using AI tools in recruiting workflows
- ✓Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- ✓Strong communication skills in English (B2+) and Spanish
- ✓Ensure clear, timely, and consistent follow-up with candidates at all stages
