About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to own infrastructure provisioning, CI/CD automation, telemetry pipelines, and production deployment for AI-powered services. This role focuses on ensuring AI systems are reliable, observable, scalable, secure, cost-efficient, and safe to deploy and operate.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design and manage cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code
- →Provision and maintain Kubernetes clusters and supporting services
- →Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for AI services, agent frameworks, and orchestrators
- →Package, version, and deploy models into containerized environments
- →Design and maintain data pipelines for telemetry and observability
- →Evaluate, deploy, and integrate AIOps platforms
- →Automate incident detection and remediation workflows
- →Define and manage SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets
- →Implement security controls and governance for AI systems
Requirements
- ✓Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or similar)
- ✓Strong knowledge of Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure
- ✓Experience with CI/CD pipeline development and automation
- ✓Understanding of telemetry, observability, and monitoring systems
- ✓Familiarity with AIOps platforms and incident management
- ✓Experience with security controls and governance
- ✓Ability to participate in on-call rotation
- ✓Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
