About the Role
We are looking for a QA Lead to join our team at Endava. This role is responsible for ensuring the overall quality of software applications through both manual and automation testing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead and manage client communication, ensuring clear expectations, alignment, and proactive risk management.
- →Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and optimize test strategies, coverage, and detailed test cases across the product lifecycle.
- →Analyze user stories and requirements to ensure clarity, completeness, and testability.
- →Plan, coordinate, and manage end-to-end test execution across all testing levels to ensure quality and alignment.
- →Identify, document, track, and drive timely resolution of software defects.
- →Maintain and report test evidence, test metrics, and defect metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
- →Prepare, maintain, and share comprehensive test documentation to support transparency and knowledge transfer.
Requirements
