About the Role
We are seeking a UX Designer to join our team, responsible for leading end-to-end UX activities and delivering production-ready designs.
Key Responsibilities
- βLead end-to-end UX activities from framing the problem space to delivering production-ready designs
- βFacilitate alignment across stakeholders through clear communication, structured decision-making, and evidence-based recommendations
- βPlan and run discovery workshops with clients and internal teams to uncover requirements, understand context, and define product vision
- βSynthesise research insights into actionable artefacts (personas, journey maps, opportunity areas, value propositions)
- βPerform comprehensive UX audits on existing products to identify usability issues, gaps, and improvement opportunities
- βCreate user flows, information architectures, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- βCollaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Engineering teams to ensure smooth delivery
- βApply and maintain design systems to ensure consistency, scalability, and efficiency across products
- βContribute to the evolution of client or internal design systems
- βWork with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design system standards
- βAct as a trusted advisor to clients, articulating design rationale and guiding decision-making
- βMentor junior designers and contribute to capability building within the UX Discipline
- βSupport pre-sales activities such as scoping, estimations, and proposal inputs where UX expertise is required
Requirements
- βAdvanced proficiency in Figma (components, prototyping, auto-layout, design systems)
- βExperience with Miro for workshops, mapping, ideation, and collaborative problem-solving
- βConfident communicator able to translate complexity into clarity
- βStrong consultancy mindset with the ability to challenge, guide, and influence
