About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Writer to join our team and support ongoing documentation updates for our product suite. This role focuses on creating and maintaining high-quality user documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- →Create, update, and maintain user manuals, HTML help content, and other product documentation
- →Work with MadCap Flare as the primary content management system
- →Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and client-side stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements
- →Ensure documentation quality, structure, clarity, and consistency across deliverables
Requirements
- ✓Proven experience in technical writing, ideally in a software or product-centric environment
- ✓Hands-on experience with MadCap Flare for authoring and content management
- ✓Strong ability to write clear, structured, user-focused documentation
- ✓Good communication and collaboration skills—critical for effective interaction with cross-functional teams
