About the Role
We are looking for a Marketing and Demand Generation Manager to lead marketing programs in support of our U.S. commercial sales organization, focused on expanding this business line’s pipeline for larger, relationship-driven clients.
Key Responsibilities
- →Plan and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns across industries and regions
- →Build lead-nurturing programs that educate prospects on market trends, procurement strategy, and energy expertise.
- →Collaborate with direct sales and outreach team to support enablement, events, outreach, and pipeline growth
- →Develop clear, client-ready content that simplifies complex energy topics
- →Own website content, landing pages, and SEO direction for the commercial energy business
- →Build dashboards and reporting to track campaign performance, lead quality, and pipeline impact. Use data to optimize campaigns, segmentation, and channel strategy
- →Collaborate with internal teams, HubSpot SME’s, and external agencies, including PR partners
- →Provide day-to-day guidance and support to the Creative Marketing Manager
- →Manage marketing budget, vendors, and overall execution quality
Requirements
- ✓5-7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, field marketing, professional services marketing, or similar roles.
- ✓Experience supporting outside sales or relationship-based sales teams in long sales-cycle environments (consulting, energy, financial services, technical services).
- ✓Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot required).
- ✓Strong analytical skills; comfortable building dashboards, analyzing performance, and making data-driven decisions.
- ✓Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical insights into accessible, client-ready messaging.
- ✓Experience managing vendors, creative teams, or agencies.
- ✓Strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
