We are looking for a Business Customer Manager to join our team. This role focuses on managing and developing relationships with business customers in the crafts sector.
Key Responsibilities
- →Independently manage the operational and strategic support of our business customers from the crafts sector
- →Create offers and conduct negotiations with decision-makers of installers throughout Germany
- →Support customers in analyzing their needs, identify improvement potential, and identify solutions through our service and material portfolio
- →Work proactively with our business customers using a modern CRM and shop system
- →Contribute to building the largest energy company of the 21st century with our highly engaged sales team
Requirements
- ✓Experience in business customer management or sales in the crafts sector
- ✓Strong negotiation skills and ability to work with decision-makers
- ✓Proficiency in using CRM and shop systems
- ✓Ability to identify customer needs and propose solutions
- ✓German language proficiency
