About the Role
We are seeking a highly analytical and results-oriented Commercial Product Manager to take responsibility for pricing our PV products and optimizing the shopping cart. In this role, you will significantly shape how we price, forecast, and scale our PV products, driving both revenue growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- →Take full P&L responsibility for PV shopping cart height across all sales channels.
- →Develop and implement initiatives to increase average shopping cart size (e.g., average modules per customer).
- →Create sales reports and derive targeted measures for specific channels, teams, locations, or salespeople.
- →Work closely with product and project teams on new product introductions, pricing, and portfolio development.
- →Responsible for shopping cart forecasting for monthly company P&L.
- →Coordinate with Finance, Sales, Accounting, and materials planning/supply chain management.
- →End-to-end responsibility for PV pricing strategy – from strategic direction to operational implementation.
- →Ensure a value-oriented, competitive, and scalable pricing approach across all relevant channels and segments.
- →Develop existing analyses and conduct in-depth analyses to identify key improvement areas.
- →Translate analytical insights into clear, business-relevant measures that improve performance and profitability.
- →Design, implement, and manage pricing pilots; test, learn, and scale successful approaches.
- →Transfer pilot learnings into rollouts and further measures to improve contribution margins.
- →Develop the technological pricing structure to enable more flexible, dynamic, and automated pricing.
- →Work closely with Product, Data, and Tech teams to optimize systems and support advanced pricing logic.
- →Continuously analyze market developments, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- →Identify relevant market trends and derive innovative product and business ideas.
Requirements
