About the Role
We are looking for a Digital Features Developer to join our team at Enpal. This role focuses on developing and enhancing digital features for customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- →Responsible for the conception, implementation, and further development of digital features in the area of customer acquisition – from requirements definition through mockups to testing and post-deployment monitoring
- →Plan and conduct A/B tests independently – from idea generation and hypothesis development through conception and implementation to impact analysis – with the goal of sustainably increasing the visit-to-lead conversion rate
- →Utilize your analytical understanding to identify potential and gaps in tracking (performance marketing) – and ensure that we can make data-based decisions
- →Work closely with Marketing, Tech, and Design to ensure that dependencies are actively managed and your measures contribute measurably to Enpal's growth
