About the Role
We are looking for a System Expert (Operations) to be a central part of our operations team, ensuring that our systems and processes run reliably and stably.
Key Responsibilities
- →Monitor our process landscape in metering operations and ensure that market processes run correctly, timely, and efficiently
- →Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal quality standards
- →Work closely with the Operations team and adjacent departments to secure our ambitious process quality and performance metrics (KPIs)
- →Coordinate information exchange with market partners and grid operators through our systems, via email or phone, to ensure efficient communication
Requirements
