About the Role
We are looking for a Recruiter to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition department. This role is part of the Headquarter Recruiting Team, responsible for setting and improving standards for our recruiting processes to find the best talent for our business and commercial positions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Work closely with hiring managers and the senior management team to identify and attract top talent for departments including Finance, Marketing, Communications, Operations, Supply Chain, and Strategy.
- →As the first point of contact, conduct interviews and guide candidates through the entire hiring process until an offer is made, while maintaining data awareness.
- →Develop effective sourcing strategies and use active sourcing on LinkedIn to build candidate pipelines.
- →Contribute to the development of our recruiting projects, KPIs, and SLAs, bringing creative ideas for process optimization. As a Senior, take responsibility for one or more projects such as On-Campus Recruiting or Employer Branding initiatives.
