About the Role
We are looking for a Tech Lead to join Metrify, a brand-new team of engineers working on projects from scratch. You will solve complex technical problems impacting thousands of customers and collaborate closely with non-technical stakeholders and the tech team.
Key Responsibilities
- →Translate strategy into execution by turning high-level technical direction into clear plans, priorities, and results
- →Take end-to-end product ownership by building, implementing, and owning solutions, collaborating with the team and stakeholders
- →Design and build reliable backend systems and contribute to frontend development for seamless integration
- →Coach junior developers and foster a culture of clean code and innovation
- →Develop or integrate rule engines and automation scripts to support device or data-driven operations
- →Maintain best practices in unit testing, code review, and continuous integration
- →Monitor and optimize service performance and troubleshoot complex issues across multiple environments
Requirements
- ✓Experience in fullstack architecture and development
- ✓Strong background in backend systems and integration with external systems
- ✓Proven ability to mentor junior developers and lead technical discussions
- ✓Experience with rule engines and automation scripts
- ✓Solid understanding of unit testing, code review, and continuous integration practices
- ✓Ability to monitor and optimize service performance and troubleshoot complex issues
