About the Role
The Network Engineer is responsible for designing and implementing enterprise and data center-wide voice and data network solutions that align with architecture and business models to achieve optimal solutions for Ensono and its customers.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design and implement network solutions for enterprise and data center environments
- →Develop, implement, and maintain network, security/threat, and voice solutions
- →Develop and maintain network documentation, standards, and guidelines
- →Manage network and security capacity planning
- →Interact with customers to collect required solution information
- →Coordinate solutions with customers
- →Provide support for engineering design and implementation issues
- →Mentor less experienced associates
- →Contribute to product strategy for specific products
- →Build product business plans to drive revenue and rationalize investment
- →Create product road maps and write user stories and requirements
- →Partner with engineering to ensure product strategy and requirements are aligned with development strategy
- →Engage delivery organization to ensure product operations and delivery capabilities are addressed
- →Communicate project status to clients and measure client satisfaction
- →Participate with various teams regarding network projects, change tickets, and trouble tickets
- →Assist in the evaluation of issue priority and provide front-line response to various internal groups
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor's Degree or 3 years of relevant work experience
- ✓Cisco routing, switching technologies, and/or F5 load balancing and security concepts
- ✓Advanced knowledge of routing and switching protocols to include security policy setup
- ✓Desired certifications or equivalent in one of these disciplines: CCNA, CCNP, CCDP, CCIE, Checkpoint, or other security certifications
