About the Role
We are looking for driven and self-motivated candidates to join our 2026 Summer Internship Program at Ensono. This paid internship is a 12-week program that runs from May 18th to August 7th, 2026, and could lead to a part-time or full-time position within Ensono.
Key Responsibilities
- →Support the documentation, communication, and execution of sales operations processes and best practices
- →Assist with planning and coordination of internal sales meetings, summits, and programs
- →Help prepare recurring reports, metrics, and dashboards used by sales leadership
- →Collect, organize, and analyze data to identify trends and insights related to sales performance
- →Serve as a support point for routine operational requests and special projects
- →Maintain tracking, documentation, and reporting related to sales initiatives
- →Learn how sales operations align with Ensono’s broader business strategy and client outcomes
Requirements
- ✓Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, or a related field
- ✓Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an interest in business operations or sales analytics
- ✓Strong written and verbal communication skills
- ✓Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- ✓Familiarity with Salesforce and PowerBI
- ✓Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- ✓Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
