Senior Product Designer at Entain

About the Role

We are looking for a Product Designer – Colleague Experience to design efficient, reliable, and user-centric internal systems that power operations. This role focuses on improving productivity and reducing operational friction across various internal tools.

Key Responsibilities

• →Lead end-to-end design for internal tools and operational platforms used by colleagues across markets.
• →Translate complex business logic, regulatory requirements, and operational workflows into intuitive design solutions.
• →Partner with Product and Engineering to define scalable system behaviour and reusable design patterns.
• →Support other designers, providing guidance, feedback, and fostering a collaborative design culture.
• →Improve and standardize design review practices to reduce rework, improve scalability, and quality.
• →Drive workflow optimization initiatives by identifying friction points, inefficiencies, and usability gaps in internal systems.
• →Research to identify/validate colleague pain points, usability challenges, and workflow bottlenecks.
• →Conduct usability testing for internal tools, focusing on task completion, efficiency, and error reduction.
• →Advocate for accessibility and inclusive design within internal systems to support diverse colleague groups.
• →Contribute to the CE Design System, ensuring backend tools follow consistent UI patterns, interaction models, and accessibility standards.
• →Champion design thinking and innovation within CE, driving scalable solutions rather than one-off fixes.
• →Influence roadmaps by advocating for usability and scalability.
• →Stay at the forefront of the latest UX trends, technologies, and advancements within and outside of the gaming industry.
• →Help develop a culture of design thinking and innovation throughout the organization.
• →Uphold the highest standards of integrity, ethics, and professionalism in all UX design activities.
