About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Payments/Player Experience Product team. This role focuses on shaping the future of Payments and leading a team of high-performing Product Managers.
Key Responsibilities
- →Act as the primary lead for the sub-domain, accountable for the outcomes ensuring quality, effective and timely product delivery.
- →Lead, develop and coach a stellar team of product, engineering and design colleagues, guiding them in discovery, prioritization, and execution of product initiatives.
- →Establish and drive a culture of customer closeness across the team, driving an iterative approach to achieve outcomes.
- →Coach the use of agile methodologies.
- →Drive product metrics that demonstrate product impact for our customers and our business.
- →Collaborates closely with Commercial leaders ensuring our OKRs and roadmaps are aligned to our key business goals.
