About the Role
We are looking for a Strategy Manager to join our Performance Marketing team. This high-impact, cross-functional role will drive strategic thinking, planning, and operational excellence to acquire customers profitably at scale.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead high-priority, cross-functional projects that improve performance marketing capabilities, tooling, or ways of working
- →Serve as a strategic thought partner to senior leaders, helping them structure priorities and drive clarity on key decisions
- →Help identify and drive adoption of high-value AI use cases in performance marketing to improve productivity, reduce operational cost, and/or improve marketing ROI
- →Partner with Strategy, Analytics and channel leads to evaluate trade-offs and prioritise investment of a triple digit million £ budget based on performance and returns
- →Build and codify best-practice playbooks across key performance marketing channels
- →Continuously evaluate and refine the team’s organizational structure, identifying capability gaps and defining talent strategies for future growth
Requirements
