Purpose of Position

This role sits within Marketing and plays a critical part in how we attract, engage, and convert audiences online. Youβll work closely with Brand, Content, Performance Marketing, UX, and Product to deliver high-impact digital experiences that strengthen our positioning and support commercial objectives.
Working as part of the Design team and reporting to the Global Design Lead, you will focus on the design and delivery of digital experiences across awin.com. From campaign launches and case studies to ongoing improvements in structure and usability, youβll help ensure our website delivers clear, compelling, and on-brand experiences for our audiences, focusing on designing and delivering high-quality digital experiences.

Key Tasks
β’ Designing and delivering high-quality digital experiences for awin.com, including campaigns, landing pages, case studies, and marketing content
β’ Translating brand and marketing objectives into compelling digital design solutions that support audience engagement and acquisition
β’ Designing the visual and interaction elements that make up our website experiences, including layouts, graphics, and supporting digital assets
β’ Shaping and improving site structure, navigation, and information architecture to support intuitive user journeys and discoverability
β’ Ensuring marketing content is structured for clarity, accessibility, SEO, and performance
β’ Working closely with Brand Designers to ensure digital experiences are consistent with Awinβs visual identity and brand standards
β’ Creating wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and prototypes that clearly communicate layout, interaction, and intent
β’ Collaborating with Marketing teams to support website optimisation initiatives and improvements
β’ Working with Engineering to ensure designs are implemented efficiently and to a high standard within technical constraints
β’ Contributing to and maintaining digital design components and templates within the design system
β’ Supporting the creation of digital assets that make up website experiences, including graphics, imagery, and visual content
β’ Building strong relationships with stakeholders across Marketing, UX, Product, Engineering, and the wider business
β’ Championing user-centred thinking and accessibility best practices (WCAG) across digital experiences
β’ Designing reusable website components, layouts, and templates that support scalable marketing experiences across awin.com.
Skills & Expertise
β’ Proven experience working as a Digital Designer, Product Designer, or Web Designer, supported by a strong portfolio of digital work
β’ A strong portfolio demonstrating website or digital marketing experience is required
β’ Strong visual design skills and the ability to translate brand systems into engaging digital experiences
β’ Experience designing for marketing-led websites or digital experiences
β’ Fluent in English
