ABOUT PATH
Since its foundation in 1984, PATH (People Assisting The Homeless) has pioneered bold and effective approaches to assist people experiencing homelessness. PATH operates services throughout California, connecting our clients to a comprehensive continuum of homelessness prevention, street outreach, employment preparation and placement assistance, individualized case management, supportive services, interim housing, and permanent supportive housing.
ABOUT THE JOB
The Program Operations Manager will supervise the PATH interim housing sites, focusing on ensuring safe, stable shelter for individuals experiencing homelessness. This position is directly responsible for supervising onsite shelter operations, including kitchen, security, transportation, and janitorial services. This position is responsible for ensuring safe, secure onsite operations, including providing responsive service and effective resolution to onsite staff, volunteers, and partners. Operations and Facilities Management & Oversight - In collaboration with the Associate Director, provide administrative oversight of the core functions, including kitchen, security, transportation, and janitorial services, to ensure safe and compliant onsite operations. This
includes program monitoring, regular inspections, responding to specific program inquiries from outside partners, and working with the Finance department to monitor program budgets. Provide administrative oversight of the team, including but not limited to billing, program documentation,
quality assurance, weekly, monthly, annual, and ad hoc program reporting. Position Responsibilities include:
β’ Oversee employee performance evaluations, conduct regular and routine supervision meetings, ensure timely review and management of timesheets and attendance issues in a consistent manner, provide recognition and corrective action as needed, address concerns, and facilitate
problem resolutions.
β’ Represent the company in employment-related matters as part of supervisory responsibilities, including participation in court proceedings, unemployment hearings, and other relevant legal or regulatory processes.
β’ Attend and actively engage in all required training sessions as assigned by the company and apply learned skills and knowledge to daily tasks and responsibilities.
β’ Attend and actively engage in all required staff meetings and events on and off-site (when applicable)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
β’ Three (3) years of experience in healthcare, case management, homeless services or working with vulnerable populations.
β’ One (1) year of supervisory experience in homeless services or related social services field
strongly preferred.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
β’ Two (2) years of experience in healthcare, case management, homeless services or working with
vulnerable populations.
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
