About the Role

Equip is seeking a Machine Learning/AI Engineer to design, build, and refine data-driven products using ML and AI solutions. This role will implement ML/AI models to solve complex projects across various business domains.

Key Responsibilities

→Architect and lead end-to-end ML/AI pipelines, including training, fine-tuning, experimentation, and deployment
→Design and own CI/CD pipelines for ML/AI workflows
→Build and maintain scalable ML/AI infrastructure on cloud platforms
→Develop monitoring and observability frameworks to track model performance
→Develop tools and processes leveraging ML/AI to enhance user experience
→Research state-of-the-art ML/AI advancements and translate them into production-ready systems
→Design, build, and maintain APIs for exposing ML/AI models
→Mentor junior and mid-level data scientists and engineers
→Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-impact ML/AI solutions

Requirements

✓Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field
✓5+ years of experience developing production-level ML/AI models and pipelines
✓Solid knowledge of mathematics and statistics underpinning ML methods
✓Experience with large language models and applied NLP
✓Strong programming skills in Python, ML frameworks, and SQL
✓Deep understanding of MLOps principles
✓Hands-on experience with cloud platforms and ML platform tooling
✓Experience designing, building, and consuming APIs
✓Solid foundation in software engineering principles
✓Proficiency with Git/GitHub
✓Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects and communicate effectively
