About the Role
We are looking for a Scrum Master to join our team and help deliver transformational processes and innovative technical solutions. As a Scrum Master, you will play a key role in facilitating Agile practices and motivating the team to achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities
- →Organize and facilitate daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, sprint planning, demos, and other scrum-related activities
- →Track and communicate scrum metrics including team velocity and sprint/release progress
- →Coordinate Release and Change Management activities
- →Ensure Agile/scrum concepts and principles are adhered to
- →Help the product owner establish and enforce sprint priorities and release delivery deadlines
- →Assist with internal and external communication, improving transparency
- →Coordinate activities between Customer Entitlement Management and other teams
- →Anticipate and facilitate the impacts of new/changes to business systems
- →Support team building and development
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of Scrum Master or Project Manager experience
- ✓Thorough understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC)
- ✓Agile enthusiast with experience in scrum practices
- ✓Knowledge of iterative and incremental development and metrics
- ✓Understanding of backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity, and task definition
- ✓Technically strong to engage in development meetings
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, or related field
