Salary Range
$70,000 - $75,000 /year
Key Responsibilities
- →Perform day-to-day processing of all accounts payable transactions for multiple properties
- →Review invoices and statements to ensure accuracy and proper coding
- →Coordinate with personnel regarding purchase orders
- →Resolve invoice discrepancies with vendors and internal teams
- →Review vendor onboarding documentation and ensure accurate data entry in Yardi
- →Perform weekly check runs to ensure accurate and timely payments
- →Assist with reconciliation between third-party payment processor and Yardi
- →Generate metric reporting and investigate solutions to enhance process efficiencies
- →Prepare, issue, and file 1099s at year end
- →Assist in responding to audit requests and issue stop payments from banks
- →Review expense reimbursements and participate in special projects as required
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of experience in an Accounts Payable role
- ✓Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- ✓Outstanding customer service skills
- ✓Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
- ✓Excellent analytical, mathematical, and organizational skills
- ✓Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Word)
- ✓Yardi software experience preferred
- ✓Experience with process improvement and automation preferred
- ✓Ability to lift up to 15 pounds and work prolonged periods at a desk
