About the Role

We are looking for an IT Support Analyst to join our team at Eucalyptus in the APAC time zone. You will be responsible for managing IT systems and infrastructure, providing technical support, assisting with user onboarding and offboarding, and streamlining processes.

Key Responsibilities

→Provide white glove IT support for employees in the APAC region.
→Manage secure system configurations and IT procurement.
→Maintain IT asset inventory and support AV & video conferencing systems.
→Automate manual IT processes using AI and automation tools.
→Run IT projects to uplift the quality and reliability of IT tooling and processes.

Requirements

✓4+ years of experience in IT support or systems administration.
✓Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
✓Experience with cloud-native collaboration tools like Okta, Google Workspace, Notion, Zoom, and Slack.
✓Experience troubleshooting desktop hardware, software, and audio-visual systems.
✓Experience managing configuration and security of end user devices using MDM and Endpoint Protection tools.
✓Passion for automating processes and improving quality of service.
✓Experience managing IT procurement and licensing processes.
✓Experience working in distributed teams across time zones.
