About the Role
We are looking for an Analyst to join our team in Bangalore. This role involves working in a hybrid model with 3 days in the office, supporting the deployment of eLIMS-NG and collaborating with regional business units.
Key Responsibilities
- βCollaborate with regional business units to capture functional and non-functional requirements.
- βAnalyze existing processes and identify gaps for eLIMS-NG deployment.
- βAct as the primary liaison between business teams, IT, and global NG program teams.
- βPrepare Business Requirement Documents, Functional Specifications, and Use Cases.
- βSupport UAT by preparing test cases and validating results.
- βAssist in preparing training materials and conducting sessions for end-users.
- βCoordinate with technical teams for deployment activities.
Requirements
- βBE Computer Science or any other bachelorβs degree with the right experience.
- β9 to 12 years of experience in requirements gathering and analysis.
