About the Role
We are seeking a Client and Lab Support Specialist to ensure efficient and accurate operations in a fast-paced laboratory environment. This role involves managing sample processing, client interactions, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- →Greet and welcome walk-in customers
- →Monitor and respond to customer requests
- →Answer phones and screen incoming calls for management
- →Direct lab inquiries to the appropriate department
- →Provide administrative support to managers, supervisors, and sales teams
- →Assist in planning staff meetings and birthday celebrations
- →Monitor office and kitchen supply inventory
- →Perform work functions and keep records according to approved SOPs and laboratory policies
- →Receive and log in samples
- →Create bottle order kit requests from sales or client relationship executives
- →Generate sample reports and invoices
- →Manage open orders and workflow
- →Identify and record nonconformities on Corrective Action Requests (CAR) and Preventive Action Requests (PAR)
- →Correct nonconformities and potential nonconformities
- →Act as a liaison between customers and the lab to facilitate work completion
- →Ship all FedEx orders
Requirements
