About the Role
We are seeking a Client Services Coordinator to facilitate communication between clients and technical/administrative staff. This role ensures clients receive clear communication and good service while maintaining productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- →Facilitate information exchange between clients and lab staff via email and phone
- →Respond to client requests according to Service Level Agreements
- →Ensure clients receive clear communication and fast turn-around times
- →Translate and explain technical information to clients
- →Monitor turn-around-times and inform the Client Services Manager of deviations
- →Coordinate and track sample data for clients requiring special monitoring
- →File customer complaints appropriately
- →Maintain an orderly, clean, and safe work area
- →Assist in maintaining, ordering, and shipping supplies
- →Provide clerical support including quote preparation
Requirements
- ✓Ability to facilitate information exchange between clients and technical staff
- ✓Strong communication skills via email and phone
- ✓Ability to respond to client requests within set timeframes
- ✓Skill in translating and explaining technical information
- ✓Understanding of when and how to file customer complaints
- ✓Basic knowledge of relevant industry fields (feed/grain, pet food, human food products)
- ✓Awareness of client service role within the organization
- ✓Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- ✓Some travel may be required for trade shows or client visits
