Key Responsibilities
- →Support infrastructure regarding Azure services configurations and maintenance
- →Provide Windows Server configuration and operational support
- →Troubleshoot M365 problems (Outlook, Office, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Windows)
- →Handle Identity and Access Management queries
- →Manage Exchange Online, including mailbox administration and mail flow troubleshooting
- →Support SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Teams
- →Perform root cause analysis with recommendations for improvements
- →Execute migrations using ShareGate and BitTitan
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of hands-on experience in server infrastructure design and transitions
- ✓Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 administration, including Azure deployments
- ✓Azure AD & Active Directory management, including GPO administration
- ✓Exchange Online administration and mail flow understanding
- ✓Solid understanding of M365 core components, licensing models, DNS records, and hybrid identity concepts
- ✓Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
- ✓Working knowledge of PowerShell for administrative tasks and automation
