About the Role
We are seeking a Project Manager Assistant to join our team at Eurofins Drinking Water and Wastewater West, the largest potable water testing laboratory in the US. This role will support client services and the Project Manager in various administrative and technical tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- →Support client services and the Project Manager in communicating client expectations
- →Assist in addressing data or quality concerns
- →Foster and develop client relationships
- →Work within the LIMS system to create and edit EDDs
- →Review daily work order logins and acknowledgements
- →Maintain the customer database in LIMS, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date
- →Collaborate with the Project Manager to set up projects, bottle orders, and invoices
- →Attend department meetings and participate fully
- →Answer phones when needed and back up other assistants
- →Conduct all activities in a safe and efficient manner, aligned with company health and safety policies
Requirements
