About the Role
We are looking for a Project Manager Assistant to join our team at Eurofins Drinking Water and Wastewater West. This role supports the Project Management staff in servicing clients to meet the Client Service Organization mission.
Key Responsibilities
- βCreates bottle orders
- βSchedules courier or field sampler, if needed
- βConfirms non-Eurofins Environment Testing America subcontract labs are on the approved list and set up as vendors for existing work
- βGenerates accounting software requisition when sending subcontract samples
- βReviews log-in
- βGenerates subcontract paperwork
- βSends client sample receipt confirmation
- βReviews draft invoice
- βConfirms that any client needed information (purchase order, project number, etc.) is recorded in LIMS for invoicing
- βCreates and issues final report by client due date
- βIssues final data package
- βCompletes state reporting forms and submission
- βUploads data
- βCompiles case narrative
- βReviews final invoice before issuing to client
- βGenerates credit/debit memos as needed
- βSubmits credit/debit memos for approval
- βSubmits approved credit/debit memos to client, if needed
- βSubmits revised invoices
