About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Account Executive to join our team at Eurofins Built Environment Testing Division. This role involves identifying and managing client accounts and business opportunities within the Northeast region, focusing on Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) testing for mold, asbestos, Legionella, and other environmental concerns.

Key Responsibilities

→Travel throughout the Northeast region to meet with clients and build relationships
→Identify and manage client accounts and business opportunities
→Maximize market share and profitability in the environmental analytical services market
→Establish and maintain productive relationships with Eurofins clients
→Provide vision and acquire new accounts to sustain business growth
→Identify opportunities and profitable work by following up on leads, negotiating, and closing
→Develop and implement account plans detailing specific clients, revenue goals, and related account objectives
→Negotiate pricing and contractual issues within area of responsibility
→Provide forecasting information to Customer Service Managers to assist with operational planning
→Gather and communicate intelligence information on competitors
→Identify and communicate opportunities for new products and services within assigned region

Requirements

✓Knowledge and understanding of environmental laboratory testing, specifically in indoor air quality testing, USP797 testing, or Legionella testing
✓Experience with cold calling and taking initiative to bring in new business
✓Ability to cultivate existing relationships and manage client accounts
✓Strong negotiation and sales forecasting skills
✓Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
✓Ability to travel throughout the assigned region
✓Understanding of market conditions and competitor analysis
