About the Role
We are looking for a Software Implementation Specialist Intern to support the functions of software implementation for Eurofins laboratory solutions. The primary focus is on Electronic Laboratory Notebook (ELN) software.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop strong understanding of software functionality through utilization of available documentation and collaboration with the software Implementation Manager and specialists.
- →Execute implementation tasks as assigned, including Change Management documentation, local procedure updates, and ELN template/recipe configuration.
- →Conduct training sessions, Subject Matter Expert Workshops, and user Question & Answer sessions using pre-developed Global Training Materials.
- →Provide surveillance to ensure intended use of the software and support Subject Matter Experts with end user questions.
- →Comply with IT Corporate Standards and global training materials.
Requirements
- ✓Demonstrated knowledge of laboratory testing operations and common operational processes.
- ✓Strong communication skills and effective speaking and written abilities.
- ✓Ability to travel for on-site visits as needed.
- ✓Commitment to quality and governance of the global ELN program.
