About the Role
We are seeking a Technical Support Operations Specialist to join our team. This role involves managing technical configurations, claims investigations, and operational reporting to ensure business operations meet SLAs.
Key Responsibilities
- →Create and maintain technical configurations and their requirements in our configuration tool
- →Manage the claims investigation process and relevant tooling
- →Own operational reporting metrics, run root cause analysis on performance, and act as the go-to source of knowledge for current business operations
- →Ensure delivered solutions meet required business operations SLAs
- →Provide support, technical solutions, and expertise to maintain an effective operating service model
- →Pull and run reports
- →Resubmit claims
- →Manage file support
- →Proactively monitor dashboards and alerts
- →Communicate professionally with users, stakeholders, and technical teams to understand issues and deliver solutions
- →Provide regular updates on operational performance, incident trends, and ongoing initiatives
- →Maintain support documentation, knowledge articles, and standard operating procedures
- →Communicate with partners and vendors to resolve and escalate issues
- →Maintain contact information and raise tickets with vendors
