About the Role
We are looking for a Principal Product Manager to lead the development and execution of our product strategy at Everway. This role involves combining strong product fundamentals with modern tools and emerging technologies, including generative AI and large language models, to drive meaningful business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead the development and execution of long-term product strategy that aligns with the company’s overall vision and goals
- →Identify and evaluate opportunities to incorporate AI/ML capabilities into products and internal workflows
- →Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members
- →Define and prioritize product requirements based on market trends, customer feedback, and business objectives
- →Develop and maintain the product roadmap
- →Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities
- →Define product features and user stories, and ensure they are well-documented and communicated to the development team
- →Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure product requirements are understood and delivered
- →Create content for product marketing
Requirements
- ✓3+ years’ experience in product management at a senior level
- ✓Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science or related field
- ✓Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor product management teams
- ✓Familiarity with generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, or similar
- ✓Strong understanding of product development best practices, including product roadmap development, user story creation, and Agile development methodologies
- ✓Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
- ✓Excellent communication and collaboration skills
